Can I cancel my campaign after I have clicked the Activate button?

You can only cancel your campaign if it is not yet Active, or if the Campaign start time has not yet passed.

If your campaign is scheduled to start in the future, you can still cancel your campaign using the Cancel Campaign button.

To cancel recurring or trigger on file import campaigns, please contact support@customerminds.com.
