Viewing and Exporting Campaign Stats as an Excel file, or to the File Manager

To Export real-time Statistical Data for your Campaign as Excel or Comma Separated Value (.csv) File Reports, click the Reports tab at the top right of any screen in Which50. Choose Campaign from the dropdown list. Find your Campaign in the Campaign list or search for your Campaign in the searchbox.

Click on your Campaign and you will be brought to the main Reports screen. Depending on the type of Campaign you are viewing, you will see real-time percentage Statistics for the Campaign including Sent, Delivered, Opened, Received, Visits stats etc. These Statistics can be refreshed at any time by clicking the Blue Refresh button at the top right of the screen.

With the blue button you can view the particular stats on-screen, and can search and filter any data fields necessary.

Using the purple button you can export this report to a folder in the File Manager. This option will create a new folder in the File Manager called "W50ExportedReports", and can be a useful option for storing and sharing files without having to download them first.

Finally the green button will download this report to your computer, as an Excel file.
