If you have chosen W50 Enterprise Edition, you will have the option of designating a Master Account that controls a number of sub-accounts. In W50 Enterprise Edition, sub-accounts are referred to as Sites. These Sites would typically be for different divisions of your company.
The Master Account manages the Email and SMS credits of the various Sites. In the Credit Management widget, you can see the available Email and SMS accounts for each Site.
Click the Blue Information icon for any Site on the rightside of the screen. This will give a History of all Top-ups and Credit Transfers for the Site.
The Master Account allows you to transfer credits from one Site to another. To transfer credits, in the Credit Management widget, click Edit for the Site you wish to transfer credits from. Under the available Email and SMS credits for the Site, you will now see two fields, each prepopulated with 0. There is a Red Cancel button below the Blue Information icon, if you wish to cancel the transfer.
To transfer 5 Email credits, enter the value -5 in place of the 0 in the Email Credit field. Click the Green Apply Changes button that appears at the bottom of the Credit Management widget.
Click Edit for the Site you wish to transfer credits to. Enter the value 5 in place of the 0 in the Email Credit field. Click the Green Apply Changes button that appears at the bottom of the Credit Management widget.
To the left of the Email and SMS Credit fields, there is a Description field. This is prepopulated with the words Credit transfer. We recommend adding your own very brief description here, to uniquely identify the Credit transfer you have undertaken. Think of it like the narrative on a bank transfer. Click Apply Changes when you have finished.
The Credit Usage Report per Site widget shows the Activated Campaigns and Email and SMS credits for each Site. You can view these statistics for each month the Site has been active using the Calendar Month dropdown.
The Credit Usage Report per Campaign widget shows the Email and SMS credits used per Campaign, along with the Campaign date. You can view these statistics per Site using the Site selector dropdown.
