The Compliance Portal can be accessed by its icon on the Homepage of Which50. It can be used to search for individual contacts and find their contact details in a few ways.
Firstly, by searching via email address or mobile number, the contact will be displayed depending on how many Contact Lists they appear in. This 'Contact' tab will also display the personal details of the contact and their Marketing Consent status, which can be changed if needed.
Secondly, the 'History' tab will show all of the communications ever sent to this particular contact, including all relevant details to each send, and even an option to re-send an Email or SMS.
These details can be crucial to provide in case of a GDPR information request, as the Compliance Portal acts as a central collection point for all the information held on a person.
