Setting up MFA to verify logins to your W50 Account

MFA can be used to verify each user trying to login to Which50. 

Please note: every user in your account must have a mobile number in order to set this up.

This added layer of security will ensure your Which50 Account is as protected as possible. You will see the below screenshot when you try to login to Which50 as normal. This extra step of verification via an SMS message code can be set up for as much security as you need, or can be as un-intrusive as you'd like. It can either be used based on how many days have passed since the last login, or how many times the user has logged in. It can also be a combination of both, whichever limit is reached first. (Our recommended default is 28 days).

Once you have entered your Email and Password, you will be sent an SMS, which will look similar to the screenshot below. Enter the code found in the SMS and you will be able to sign in to your Account.
