Landing Pages

• New Upload Component, for uploading documents via a webform.
• Headers and Footers. Now you can setup responsive headers and footers on a Landing Page, which stick and float over the rest of the page.
• Added the 'Additional Attribute' to some content blocks. This Attribute allows Landing Page authors to show or hide rows conditionally.
• Added the "Embed in my website" feature. Landing Pages can be added to other sites inside an iFrame, with just a short 2 lines of HTML code.
