To upload a New Contact List to Which50, click on the Contacts tab on the top right of any screen in Which50. Click the Green New Contact List button at the top of the screen. You will see two green buttons, Create from File Upload and Create Manually. Click Create from File Upload.
There are two ways to upload a Contact List in Which50. You can click the Green Select File button on the leftside of the screen and browse to the file you want on your computer. You can also drag the file directly into the Drop File Here box on the rightside of the screen.
You should ensure that the First Row in the file you are uploading contains Column Names, and leave the box saying The first row in this file contains column names ticked. Once you have selected your file, click the Green Upload button to the left of the screen.
You will now be asked to Review the Fields to be Imported. You can make modifications to any Fields by clicking on the Field Name. When you are ready to proceed, click the Green Next button at the bottom right of the screen.
You will now be asked to “Select a Field from the dropdown that you wish to designate as a Unique Reference Number (URN) or simply click on the Next button and one will be auto generated for you.” Many clients choose Email Address as the URN, but you may choose any Field you like.
Now give your Contact List a clear, easily identifiable Name and click Create Contact List.
