Manually Creating a New Contact List in Which50

To manually create a New Contact List, click on the Contacts tab on the top right of any screen in Which50. Click the Green New Contact List button at the top of the screen. You will see two green buttons, Create from File Upload and Create Manually. Click Create Manually. You can now Designate the Fields that you require in your Contact List.

When you have finished creating all the Fields you require for your Contact List, click the Green Next button at the bottom right of the screen. You will now be asked to “Select a Field from the dropdown that you wish to designate as a Unique Reference Number (URN) or simply click on the Next button and one will be auto generated for you.” Many clients choose Email Address as the URN, but you may choose any Field you like.

Now give your Contact List a clear, easily identifiable Name and click Create Contact List.
