Why are my Test Emails not Sending to Test Contacts?

A Test Email will not send if you have not chosen a Subject line for your Email. You must also have created a basic Email design before you begin testing.

You can also use the Test button to check the history of Test messages sent to a particular contact. See the screenshot below where you can click the "View History" option and see if the Test message has been successfully delivered, or if it is still in the Sending process.
